Upgrading USG20W Firmware (3.30(BDS.9)C0) Via ssh Or ftp

Subject says it all.  I've got an old USG20W that I need to keep going for another 6 months before I can upgrade the unit and generally don't trust web interfaces for such tasks.

I'll be going from 3.30(BDR.7) to 3.30(BDS.9)C0, if that matters.

I would like to confirm with you that do you want to upgrade the device to 3.30(BDS.9)C0 via ssh or ftp but you dont know how can do that? If so, you can refer to this SOP from FAQ.
