Hi all.
I have been trying to open port 10001 for a long time. Tried several options, but with testing port 10001 remains closed. Maybe someone can take a look at the screenshots and explain.

Is the WAN interface "ETH_Internet" the only one WAN interface in the configuration of your device? What is the firmware version you are using now?

Have you managed to do this correctly? I've a ZYXEL VMG8825-T50 and a UniFi dream machine.

How can I get the correct IP in my UDM? Not the IP assigned by ZYXEL VMG8825-T50.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the exact same issue and can't get it to work.

Having the latest firmware the portforwarding stopped working. Even after tesetting the modem to its factory setting and creating the NAT port forwarding it did not work again. The only port which is reachable is the port set for the external adminstration of the modem itself. The provider or the firmware does not exepts plain http anymore but neither it forwards https sessions. It seems that TCP os not forwarded but UDP reports open/filtered. But TCP should be enough to be forwarded since it is forwarding to a webserver but when i choose TCP it wont work either.
