AMG 13102-T11C PPPoE session issue

we are getting PPP session issue.

The DSL line is in sync. no-fault found by ISP.

however, we are not seeing any authentication logs on the PPPoE server.

    Do you configure the PPP information in the WAN settings correctly?

    Yes, the WAN setting is correct. as per ISP no issue at their end.

    update from TAC - 

    I have taken a packet capture on the up-link of WAN 1 and we can see that there is no response to the PADI packet being sent by the MX. This suggests an upstream issue

    suspecting the issue is with the modem firmware.
