USG110, added new records to whitelist. I still cannot reach the site?

I made changes to my whitelist and the changes to the list went fine. 

I still cannot reach the site i have whitelisted. 

I worked after I rebooted the router.

Is there a less intrusive way of updating it, or does it eventually update the list it self?

Could you share the screen shot of the settings of whitelist or the startup-config.conf with me?
What is the whole URL of the website which should be whitelisted but you cannot reach?

I think it has the ability to update the list itself.
