ZyXel switches in an enterprise

Has anyone got any experience with these in an enterprise and if so, how do they function?

I visited a site recently with a mixture of ZyXel and 3Com and to be honest it is one of the first ZyXel deployments I have seen so I have no idea if they are suited for an enterprise environment.
