I can't upgrade the firmware

I can't upgrade the firmware, currently the firmware version is LTE7460_Elisa1_100ABIS0C0 I have the version file v1.00 (ABFR.4) C0.bin, but when the upgrade is 192.168.1.1 says failed Please help
