vin l2tp over IPSec

hi everybody. set up an l2tp vpn over IPSec for my remote workers . set up their android smartphones. no issue a tall. vpn connected...but impossible to reach a local server on office's lan...what did I do wrong???

    Hello plateau1807,
    I checked this scenario with firmware version:330AQU7ITS-WK48-r74988, and I can access my own server which is on the Lan side.
    Please double confirm the below setting,
    1. Check can you ping USG's gateway IP address(default setting is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1)
    2.Add the routing rule ~~Incoming:Tunnel,Please select one member: The profile you create on L2TP connection. 

    3. Turn off the firewall of local server.
