Home Forum will be migrated to Zyxel Community!!!

We are pleased to announce that effective January 15, 2021 Home Forum and Business Forum will be merged into Zyxel Community.

You can rest assured that all your account information data from the Home or Business forums, including points and posts, will be fully available after merging with Zyxel Community. In addition, you will not experience any changes in service, as both forum links will automatically redirect to https://community.zyxel.com/.

However, Home Forum users will be required to sign-up for Zyxel Community using the same email address to sync their personal data. Please update your records by signing-up using this link: https://accounts.myzyxel.com/users/sign_up

Note: If your Home Forum user account email is already identical to the one you created for your myzxyel account, you do not need to register again!

The following are scheduled changes taking place prior to the Home and Business forum closures:

·      January 7, 2021 — Unable to register Home Forum account

·      January 7, 2021 — Home Forum users will no longer be able to post to discussions

·      January 14, 2021 — Closing of Home Forum

·      January 15, 2021 — Launch of Zyxel Community
