Dear Sir or Madam, I have two ZyXEL PLA5456 Twin HomePlug units. One is completely dead. No lights come on - VERY strange. The other works fine but this one is dead. I believe it's still under warranty. Please advise! Thank you and happy holidays - stay healthy!!! Sincerely, Philip
