Hi i try to update to last firmware the switch but something goes wrong now the system is unreachable the unit attached goes well. What can i do fo recover the situation ???
the switch ip address result unreachable.
I have checked the browser option and its all ok

The mechanism of switch gets DHCP IP address first. Since your situation happened after firmware upgrade, the IP address of switch might be changed. 

Please use ZON utility to scan IP address of the switch, you may use the  following link to download it https://www.zyxel.com/form/zon_utility_download.shtml
