Tunnel IP sec open but ping subnet only certain condition

Hi I have this problem.
Zywall USG 40 works great with IP SEC VPN in pc with ZyWALL IPSec VPN Client in SCENARIO 1 (ping and browse pc and server in office).
But in SCENARIO 2 (when my default gateway is 192.168.1.1 like at my home) tunnel works but no ping/browse LAN pc or server.
I need to change ip/subnet of Router ISP in office?
Or create rule on USG?
Or other?

Yes change IP of Router ISP.

Change office Router IP in 192.168.3.1 and works!
