Zywll 310 VPN L2TP Connection - Can't see computers on network

When I connect to my VPN (Zywall 310) everything connects fine, I can ping local computers and devices on the network and I can access devices like a copier via it's web interface. However when I look at the network I don't see any of the remote local devices. I'm assuming because I can access them via IP the connection is fine but perhaps some sort of DNS setting or setup needs to be done so I can just see them under Network.

For the VPN connection in advance is Enable NetBIOS broadcast over IPSec checked?

If establishing L2TP VPN connection successfully you can navigate Web GUI path to check L2TP user connection status: MONITOR > VPN Monitor > L2TP over IPsec > L2TP_Remote_Users just like the following picture shows.
