USG-FLEX 200 AP controller username issue?

I use the USG-Flex 200 to do the AP controller. When I add the the wi-fi user, the username cannot use the pure numeral. Have any method to use pure numeral setting the user account?

Another question, can the USG-FLEX 200 send e-mail to notify the user what is his username/password ?
