    Because the behavior of this command is to get the latest firmware version that as same as click “Check” on GUI.

    Router# capwap firmware-update check

     

    Then this command is to download and upgrade firmware.

    Router# capwap firmware-update apply

     

    These commands are mentioned in NXC series CLI guide, we’ll push these commands to be added to into other AP controller series too.

    For your latest questions, the enhanced mechanism will on all series.
