Hi Zyxel Team

We have purchased a USG110 and now wanted to register it in the portal so that we can activate additional licenses. Unfortunately, the error message appears that the device has already been registered. Unfortunately, the dealer from whom we bought the device can not undo this. Therefore we need your help.

I can send you the serial number and MAC address via private message.
