Placing a USG40 between WAN/ISP box and Router. Concerns?

ISPbox <-> USG40 <-> Router <-> Switch

I do not plan to use the USG40 as Router. It would have a static IP like 192.168.1.1 and only work as a filter/firewall.

Router would get static IP of 192.168.1.2 and be the DHCP server and routing the rest of the network.

Do anyone see any potential issues with this?

    So bridge WAN and DMZ should work fine.
