I changed our macs, how can I reset SecuExtender licenses ?

We changed some of our macs, but i cannot activate secuextender on them with message 
The license could not be activated. It may be invalid, or already licensed to another computer. For assistance, or to move the license to a new computer, please contact ZyXEL support.

What’s your SecuExtender version now? and macOS version is 11(Big Sur)?
You can upgrade SecuExtender to V.1.2.1 which supports macOS 11(Big Sur) and activate it again.

Hello Jeff, No the macOS version is Catalina.
When I try to activate the license, i got the message
"The license could not be activated. It may be invalid, or already licensed to another computer. For assistance, or to move the license to a new computer, please contact ZyXEL support."

SecuExtender - software (Mac OSX) 1.1.9 compatible with macOS Catalina:
If you need to change the license for registered Mac and test the license, please follow the steps
1. Quit the client if it is running
2. Enter the following command into the Terminal:
defaults delete com.zyxel.ZyXELSecuExtender LicenseData
3.Launch the client again and enter the serial number.
