I am unable to update my gs1900 24. Using zon, I get the message failed to update. Using the web gui, I get connection reset and lose connection to the web page. How do I get the switch to update from aahl.2 to aahl.3?

If I go to the gui again, I see this message Warning: Another firmware upgrade is processing
