Why firmware update v. 2.40(AAHK.1) to 2.4(AAHK.3) reset switch to factory default settings?

Also history of "Port Counters" and "Bandwidth Utilization" has gone.

Have you remembered to save your configuration before you upgrade the firmware?
In my understanding, the counter should be reset if the Switch reboots.

I will probably not. I assumed that update save and restore it by it self.

Fortunately this was a backup switch so no harm happened.
