Everyone that needs this info here is how to Let's encrypt
Info here
Have files named certificate.crt and certificate.key
open up CMD in the directory where them keys are then
C:\temp>certutil –MergePFX certificate.cer cert.pfx
Now you can import that to USG GUI and SSLVPN too
