Allowed WTP number is FULL

I get the following error when trying to add another AP to the managed list. 

Allowed WTP number is FULL



 Interesting is that I used to have both AP configured within the USG40 I'm not sure what even happened.

Both AP Models are: NWA5123-AC

I guess I should add that this facility is only using two AP's. Device is suppose to allow 2 AP's to be controlled out of the box. Why is it only allowing for one? 

I am running the lasted Firmware v4.30(AALA.0)

I want to confirm the information with you first, so could you screenshot the license page for checking.
Please private message the configuration to me.Since I tested locally, I cannot reproduce your issue.
Also, to analyze this case, could you remove the added APs, and do the steps again. Add the first AP to the list and then add the second AP to see does the issue occur again.
