No access to switch XS3700-24
I can't access to switch with WEB-Interface and Telnet.
I access to switch with console, but many errors on it.
To access with telnet I only can reboot the switch. But I have to enter to switch without reboot to backup configuration. If I reboot the switch without backup, I can lost data.
How can I enter to switch?

Can you still access debug mode with console cable during booting?

If yes, please refer to attachment to retrieve your ROM file.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6029482/uploads/719/7R4YE0F7FVH7.docxAnd then re-upload the latest firmware (.bin) and ROM file (the one you just downloaded) to see if you can recover the switch, find below for your action:
If debug mode is not available, it's probably a hardware issue and you may have to RMA (unfortunately the config is irretrievable).

By the way, in case the retrieved ROM file doesn't recover the switch, please try default ROM as well to factory-reset it.
If possible, you can also send the broken ROM file (by PM) to us, we'll try to save your config.

Thanks for answering. But I can't do it right now. Yesterday I just reboot the switch.
