what's the best VPN client to site solution with a free client or windows native?
is there any tutorial for this?

Most depends on needs and number of roaming users.
Into Zyxel Documentation there are guides and istructions for create connections on the device AND configure Zyxel IPSec Client, SecuExtender or Whatever.

I'm trying to configure a ikev2 VPN by this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvl346kttys but when I try to connect to VPN after username and password I get:
"impossibile connettersi contesto scaduto impossibile utilizzarlo ancora"
Any help?

Maybe you did something different from example case? Or you missed some other things?
You asks for suggestions but there's no data from you on what is configured into USG and into your Windows computer.
Also, this is an english forum: italian cannot be understood by other people.
