How to remove a device form MyZyxel

I need to deactivate linked services and remove a unit from MyZyxel.

I cannot find a way to do it.

Suggestions ?

    Hi @abi_2asolve,

    If the standard license is linked to device and activated, it can be transferred to your another registered device only. Activated license cannot be deactivated.

    By the way, we’d like to learn about why you need to unregister your device from myZyxel.com since myZyxel can help users have an overview about their devices’ license information, do license transferring, do firmware upgrading, etc.

    Hi Emily, it was activated on a demo unit that I've just returned.

    Hopefully someone will take care of this on my behalf.

    The device is unregistered and not in your myZyxel.com account.

    You won’t receive daily report of this device from SecuReporter any more.
