Internal users traffic statistics

Hello, is there any possibility to see internal users/ip addresses traffic statistics for specified time range? I see only Monitor->Traffic, where i can see statistic from reset to now. I thing any admin may be interesting, who overloaded the WAN for example today between 10 and 11 hour..

As far as i understand, the only way is sending all logs, including sensitive data to third party, right? If yes, USG sends syslog to Zyxel "Cloud" or uses some better, hidden, function to deliver the data?

As far as I know, the logs are sent to SecuReporter via encrypted protocol (tls1.2).
