Clone ZYWall 110's

I have several Zywall 110's deployed on my distributed corporate network connected around the world by VPNs. I just bought a few more 110's and want to configure them as back-ups (identical swap-out backups) for the firewalls at each location. I thought I could just backup and download the config files from one 110 to another but that does not work. How the heck do you clone these things???

@Doc_Bill - as long as both devices are on the same firmware version and are the same model downloading the running config, renaming it, uploading it to the new device, and applying it works for me.

Make sure the firmware version on the Dashboard need to be the same or upload configuration will be failed

Is it that simple? Just make sure the firmware versions are the same and upload the configuration file from the existing/ running 110 to the unprogrammed 110???

or use "Ignore errors and finish applying the configuration file" when applying the config
