using static ip tables with dhcp server

Can anyone explain how using the static ip tables feature within  dhcp server would work? I'm dealing with a tremendous dhcp workload and wondering what I can do to reduce the load.

    Hello westy,
    Are there many clients under USG?
    You can use IP/MAC Binding for your request.
    Go to Configuration>Network>Interface>Select Lan interface>Enable IP/MAC Binding.
