Cannot get remote to site VPN connecting

Hello,

Like the rest of the world, we're trying to get clients set up to work from home. The client has a Zywall VPN100 which they use for site to site links.

I have run the VPN wizard on the Zywall and chosen the 2nd option which is "VPN Settings for Configuration Provisioning" and then chosen IKEv1 or IKEv2 and entered a pre-shared key. I am then not sure what to put in Local Policy IP mask but have assumed that they mean the subnet given to clients that connect. I then complete the wizard and try to connect via Zywall IPSec VPN Client.

I follow the Wizard for IKEv2 on this software and set up the Tunnel. When I try to open the tinnel it gives this.

Any ideas ?
