    Hi,


    My LTE connection doesn't work, like my simcard wasn't detected. I use a French connection.

    Could you send me the lasted firmware for my SBG3600NB ?

    Actual configuration :

    Firmware Version: V1.00(AAZE.9)

    LTE F/W Version: ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS

    Please send latest firmware for my SBG3600, 4G speed is only 13/10M when similar device shows 50/35M.

    Software Version: V1.00(AAKO.9)

    Module Firmware Version: ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO

    Now when we really need latest updates and software, you are leaving us on the beach...

    If this is really support what we can even get it's super poor... Why you just can't share download links in product page? This will be my last Zyxel product and I will not recommend them to my clients. ☹️

    Could you send LTE firmware update link for me too? Little problems with modem and I think LTE firmware update could be the solution. Thanks.
