log in remote access
I can't get into remote access (https) on my USG40 it's as if my ip address was entered in a black list.
with other ip stations I can enter safely

Can you try to access device via https with this ip 93.36.177.31 and check on the log?
Here is the step to check the log on the device?
Go to Monitor > Log > View Log to have check if there is any rule blocked the ip address ?

Can you try to collect packet on WAN interface to check if there is any IP related to(93.36.177.31)?
Here is the step to collect the packet on Wan interface
Go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Capture > Select WAN interface and click Capture
After capture the packet, go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Packet Capture > Files > Select wan interface file and click Download.

can I attach the file here? because it gives me no result with 93.36.177.31

It looks like it was not the issue on USG40.
Can you draw your topology with IP address?
Is there any router in front of USG40?

if I install a VPN software on my PC to mask the IP address I can reach the us

Can you SSH to access the device and type the command below and try to use IP 93.37.177.31 to access web gui and check the result?
If there is no packet show on the result, it means the traffic cannot reach our device,
Or there is nat routing transfer the IP 93.37.177.31.
