TeamViewer use TCP and UDP connections over port 5938 so guess you can block that.
Are you trying to blocked it for remotely to local or locally to outbound?0 -

So yes make two service with TCP 5938 and UDP 5938 (you can then group in TeamViewer) then in policy control have rule from LAN1 to WAN with group TeamViewer for service and deny.1
