ATP200 - Where are the Firewall Settings?

Hi

Currently I use my USG300 and the should be replaced with the ATP200 who I try to config now.
But where the hell are the Firewall Settings to allow/ block Ports like in the USG?

Regarding this case, for example, block from wan to lan with port:8881
Go to configuration>Object>Service>Add

Then Go to Security Policy>Policy control>Add, Form Wan to Lan ,Port:B_port,Action: deny

On my USG300 It look like that:

So all Ports are blocked by default (like how it should be)?

But by default in your link above show allow for the bottom default rule
