Hi,

I have an USG 110 with the newest firmware and I setup a L2TP VPN.

I have following problem, two laptops (both Microsoft Surface) are working perfectly with the VPN.

But with all other Windows 10 (1909), I have a problem. Within the Zyxel VPN monitor I can see that this PC's can connect. But they don't get an IP address.

And after a short time the PC's disconnect and get different errors, mostly 718 or 829.

I also tried the NAT regedit hint, but it doesn't work.

Do you have an idea?

    Hello Zyxel_Jerry,

    sorry for the late answer,
I configured the vpn as you mentioned, but I had the problem that it cannot connect on some W10 machines.
I setup now IKEv2 with a certificate and it works on all machines from beginning.
    Thanks.

    Hi @bavaria

Can you share the VPN settings (VPN connection and VPN gateway) on USG110 ?

What is the L2TP settings on Win10?

Do you have any AD authentication?
