    It might be that your LAN1 IP/subnet and works IP/subnet is the same so change LAN1 on the Zywall110 to 192.168.0.1 as long as your works subnet in 255.255.255.0 then it should work and the two subnets don't conflict.

    Thanks. Im going to fully reset the Zyxel and start from scratch. Ill report back.

    You can use L2TP wizard to auto-generates L2TP configuration on your ZyWLL110.

    You can reference to this FAQ. 

    After L2TP client established L2TP VPN tunnel, then should able access to intranet of ZyWALL110.
