USG110 egress throughput issue
I have a Zyxel USG110 device, fully patched with the last firmware (V4.38(AAPH.0)).
Unfortunately, the egress (upload) throughput is limited to 10 mbps although my ISP is providing 500 mbps up and down.
The ingress (download) throughput is OK: 500 mbps and more.
My config is as follows:
Connected to the modem on WAN1 port.
Connected to a Gbit/sec CISCO switch on the LAN1 port.
Using PPPoE with authentication (user/password) on VLAN 835.
All Secure services features are disabled.
Security policy > Session control is disabled as well.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot...

Hi @nicomac,Welcome to Zyxel Community.What is the device Wan and Lan speed/duplex mode? Or any transmit collision during you run speed test?CLI for Speed/Duplex mode check:Router# show port statusPort Status TxPkts RxPkts Colli. Thanks Zyxel_Cooldia,
Here is my show report status :Router> show port statusPort Status TxPkts RxPkts Colli. TxB/s RxB/s Up Time===============================================================================1 1000M/Full 485931 983386 0 12549 28984 00:04:192 Down 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:003 Down 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:004 1000M/Full 982411 485612 0 28650 11415 00:04:195 Down 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:006 Down 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:007 Down 0 0 0 0 0 00:00:00
Which looks fine, but in fact, what I did is to reset the device (with a paper clip), and put back the settings, and everything is now fine (more than 400 mbps as egress / upload).
Thanks again to you for taking time to look at my issue.1 -
