Ports not open despite having correct security policies ZyWall 110

So I'm currently running into issues after a restart of my firewall that all its ports seem to be closed from the outside despite me having the correct security policies. The NAT loopback works so that's also not the issue. I must be missing something but I can't figure out what. It just seems the Firewall is blocking all ports (even when I disable the security policy alltogether).
It also seems to affect the VPN somehow which doesn't connect anymore as well. I went through both the VPN and Port set up guides multiple times and I'm certain they are set up as they should be.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

all its ports seem to be closed from the outside ----> Does it mean NAT is not working? Fail to access internal server from outside using NAT rule?
Any blocked messages in the log?
Maybe you need to post more information such as NAT and firewall setting so others could understand what the issue is.
