Hi
I bought a used ATP200 which works perfectly fine. When I login to myzyxel and check the services connected to my device I see that all services are still licensed for the next 201 days but SecuReporter shows red and tells me that the trial license expired.

However when I check the same on the ATP itself it tells me that all services (also SR) are valid for the next 201 days. Is there anything I need to do to activate that?

    Hi @webdb,
    On myZyxel.com, go to My Devices > ATP200. Click the MAC address.

    Click Linked Services and the button Details of "SecuReporter Premium".

    Check if the Trial and Standard are all activated.
    If the trial or standard is not activated, just activate it.
