USG 110 HA Monitor

Hi,
We have a costumer that has two USG 110 in HA PRO mode.
We are monitoring the devices using ZABBIX, but some times the ZABBIX is alerting link down on all ports, but when us see the HA logs the device not change status and the interface uptime is not clean.

Hi @RaphaelOliveira,
The passive device takes over the role when a monitored interface fails.
Check if the interfaces are moved to "Monitor Interface" and "Enable Failover When Interface Failure" is enabled for link down detection.

My questions is: Why my Zabbix monitor is alerting the interfas down when my USG HA not change uniti?0 -
Hi @RaphaelOliveira,
To check if the port (monitored interface) is actually down on USG110, try to connect a USB storage and collect system logs only.
Select “normal” logs for “System” only.After Zabbix monitor is alerting the interfaces down, go to Diagnostics > System Log and download the log stored in the USB storage.
Then check if there are port down/up logs for monitored interfaces.
