SSO Agent - Fail to get server data!

We have a USG110 router and are trying to setup content fioltering via AD groups. We setup the USG with user objects etc and it is hitting the AD server. However it is not authenticating users so whenever we change the security policy to that usergroup it stops access. The SSO agent refuses to get server data as well. However, online the Group is able to resolve usernames when you test. Any ideas?

Hello MattSimmon,
If the message display Fail to get server data, I think there is misconfiguration on USG or SSO agent. Please check SOP of SSO configuration from FAQ.
