2FA over IPSEC VPN not working on ATP Series???

Hi all,
i'have an issue with 2fa service over ipsec vpn on a ATP200 with fw 4.55.
Even if the "ipsec" checkbox is marked in 2FA menu, users can connect to vpn without any other auth. factor.
2FA on a SSL Vpn works well.
Ideas??

Can I know did you use Email as 2FA?You can update to the current firmware and see if the issue still exist since we had fixed some 2FA related issues in this version. The fixes will also be included in the upcoming formal release which will be released in Nov.
