I cant log on ssl vpn all of a sudden

Hello everytime I try to log on from my new house to my usg 310 with sslvpn that I have done many times I am told that cant connect my ip address is on the lockout list . I see people say to use cli but when I open up cli from the gui on usg it doesnt do anything there is no place to type anything. Can someone please help me with this?

Do you mean the web console cannot be opened? Can you use the Incognito window then check it again.
Also, you can use console cable connect with USG310 and type the CLI on tera term or Putty application.

Hello I am attatching a screen shot . On my zyxel usg310 there is a cli option on top when I click on it i get this below.

The problem is I cant connect through the ssl secure extender zywall software .

You should click the Web console icon on the top of GUI not CLI icon to type command.
