ATP500,800 - LAG support

In ZLD 4.60, both port grouping and LAG is support on ATP500, ATP700, ATP800, USG FLEX 500.
Please be aware, the interfaces member in LAG cannot has multiple ports in a port group.

For example, the port group settings in this figure.
interface ge4, ge5 has only one port bind with it. You can add ge4, ge5 into LAG without problem.
interface ge6 has two ports bind with it. You need to remove one port first before add it into LAG.
