I can't have a vpn working properly

Hello everyone, i have a ZyWALL USG20-VPN firrewall in the office and i need a vpn to get access to my office server form home, so i configured the vpn through the wizard but when i click connect this error show up. 
I tried to change the ip address of the gateway but it wasn't effective.
