Hi,

I configured on my NWA1123AC-v2 2 SSID (via WebInterface)
WLAN - VLAN-ID 1 (default)
WLAN_guest - VLAN-ID 2

NWA is connected to switch HPE OfficeConnect 1920S on Port 16 which is member of VLAN-ID 2 "tagged"

on USG60 I configured VLAN -ID2 as follows:

Now I am facing the problem, that I can connect to "WLAN_guest" but get an APIPA adress, the DHCP does not provide an 192.168.2.0 address and I have no clue why....

Any ideas what I fail to see here?

many thanks

    Hi @Alex_

    Here should be your topology:

    Internet-------USG--------(PX)Switch(P16)--------AP.

After enabled VLAN2 interface on USG, it will also tagging out with VID2

You may make sure your both of ports on switch are member of VLAN2 and with tagging out.

Then client should able get IP address from VLAN2.

    Hi Stanley

    many thanks for your reply

I checked the VLAN configuration again:
I put both ports to VLAN2 but it seems the switch had a problem to save this configuration correctly.
He always dropped Port 1 to USG out of VLAN2 - nevertheless a switch restart created a remedy and now it works
