My ZyWall USG 100: This device is not registered to myZyXEL.com

Hi all,
I'm having some problems with my ZyWall USG 100: it says me "This device is not registered to myZyXEL.com" when I fill the registration parameters.
On myZyXEL.com it is registered.
The firmware version is: 2.11(AQQ.0)
What can I do.

Hi2.11(AQQ.0) is very old firmware.Now there is a new version of the MyZyxel portal and in such an old FW there is a link to the old portal.Here download a latest FW ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/ZYWALL_USG_100/firmware/

thank you for the answer.
I downloaded the latest firmware and I tried to upgrade with "330AQQ7C0.bin" file, but ZyWall says me: "Error: [-42008], Firmware not compatible!"

Hi @Shop
Since your firmware version is too old, so it is unable connect to Myzyxel.com server.
You can try to upgrade firmware by these process:
2.11(AQQ.0) -> 2.20(AQQ.0) ->2.20(AQQ.3) -> 2.20(AQQ.6) -> 3.00((AQQ.0)) ->3.00(AQQ.4) -> 3.30(AQQ.0) -> 3.30(AQQ.3) -> 3.30(AQQ.7)

Thanks for ur reply. With that one i solved and now registration works again.I've 2 others USG 100:one at 2.10(AQQ.0)and second at 2.10(AQQ.3)can i have links of others firmware needed? and obviously the path to follow for these more older releases.
