Problem with ES-2024

Hello! I've have switch Zyxel ES-2024. But I din't know, it works or doesn't, but when I turn on it, indicators works. I try to connect to it by COM port, but i can't, because switch don't has reaction on trying to connection. 
What I need to do? Maybe is switch "brick" yet?
