the firmware update will be pushed to the device automatically when a new version is available, right?
Will it be possible for customer to choose and specific day and time when the firmware update should be done (like on Nebula)?

For Q1. Multy X only will upgrade to the latest firmware automatically when first install. If there is a new version later, it need to upgrade manually. For Q2. Currently, we don't have the plan to implement this feature.0

Thanks for information, for me it was not clear that the following firmware updates has to be done manually.

If a new version is available, Multy X app will remind when you open it.Or you can upgrade to latest firmware manually on info page and Version page.0

thanks, thats looks good, so we can choose when we want to do the update.

Tested it and works fine.
Started the App view minutes ago and got the notifictaion for a new firmware update available.
Choosed "upgrade Now" and it went succesfull. Took around 5 minutes.
Now I'm on V1.00(ABKJ.1)B9
Just one question, during download the App says the phone needs to be connected to the internet during the upgrade. What happens if I lost the connection? Will the firmware upgrade fail? Or I just didn't see what is going on (different steps of firmware upgrade)?

Multy X has dual firmware image. If you lost the Internet connection to cause failed during download/upgrade firmware, Multy X will boot with original firmware.0

Thank you for clarification.

Why it is so important that the smartphone has a internet connection during the firmware upgrade? If i am away from home and i open the app there is the question of starting the firmware upgrade or later.
so i can push the firmware from everywhere i am to the devices.
Is it always necessary to turn on/off the devices after firmware upgrade?
i had 2 firmware upgrades and everytime i need to turn off/on the devices by power circle.

Why you need to turn off/on the devices by power circle? What is the firmware and app version?Currently, the latest firmware is V1.00(ABKJ.1)B9 and the lastest app is V1.3.0.171003.For iOS: V1.3.0.171003For Android: V1.3.0.171003After upgraded firmware, Multy X will reboot automatically.0

Hi Team,
i think there was a problem by pushing the firmware first....because the 1st node and second node were blinking red.
After turn on/off the devices i think they made a fallback to the latest running firmware.
After restarting the app once again i get the info of an firmware update again.
After this firmware upgrade there was no power circle necessary.
