We have 4 days to renew secure services and we are trying to get new license We are trying to renew services for 3 weeks but despite all our efforts, the partner company does not communicate with us from TURKEY.
can we find any partner from out of the country.

Clients still can login or configure the device after service expired.
However, on UTM service, after expiry, only customized CF can be configured.

we gave an order to reseller to get a new license 3 weeks ago but they didn't replied yet

I have a question about secuextender in macbook,
I have registered USG1900 with a new license but secuextender is not accepting this license and i cannot logon to our system with secuextender..
When i click purchase, just zyxel web page is opening
