I like to play a lot of online games but i get lots of lag because i have a strict NAT type. How do I change this?

I found the user guide that had an example to set up the port forward, hope this could help you.

Do you know the ports & server IP for GTA Online

I don't find the server IP for GTA online, but I did find that the ports that it required.
