I purchased the PLA5456 from Amazon which shipped in a plain brown box. No setup CD was included. How can i download the ZyXel pla series configuration utilty to set QoS?

  PLA configuration is very simple by maunally without utility.
  And Zyxel pla doesn't have feature to control QoS...
